The One with cocktail pudding *requested by Mummy Wina*

One of the dessert dishes that I learned from my best friend... used it as dessert served during Raya Open House and people loved it! :) It's always good to share... hehehee...

Things required:

• 2 cans of Nestle Cream [250gm]
• 1 can of condensed milk
• Marie biscuits
• 1 can of fruit cocktail [drain out the water]
  

The How to's:

1. Pour in Nestle Cream and condensed milk in one bowl and mix thoroughly. Put aside.
   
2. Get a bowl of your choice [in my case, I used mum's Pyrex rectangular bowl]
3. Pour in 1/2 ladel full of cream mixture as base in bowl.
4. Arrange marie biscuits accordingly.
5. Pour in 1 ladel full on biscuits and spread evenly. repeat process of biscuits and mixture layers until mixture is completely finish.
6. Finally, garnish top and final cream mixture with fruit cocktail.
7. Refrigerate and best served as dessert.

Like the saying goes... "Dessert dish is BEST SERVED cold!"

oLaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa blog readers!!! The internet at work is OFFICIALLY WORKING!!! woohooooooooooo!! Now I can actually update!! :) Anyways, yeah.. been away for a while plus it's the Raya season so basically most of my time are out visiting relatives and friends... :D Lots and LOTS happened during my time away from my blog... hehehehe... well Raya on 3rd day is a blast so far because!! Guests don't know we're cooking today! So they're in for a treat!! :D I call it our 'mini open house'... nothing big and all... just ala kadar ja... but food's enough... :D

Some pics of yesterday's... hehehe.. well today we'll be headin up to bandar again.. huhu.. Last night we got home around 10ish... was raining too.. :D Went to visit my grandma in Lumut, then off to my grandad's in Lambak, then to my Uwa's in Mentiri, then to Diding's in-law's after that.. and all those places ada 'makan2'.. hahahah went home with a bloated tummy.. woohoooooo!! >_<
